Key Accountabilities:
1.All work accountabilities aim to guarantee the Sperre partner’s product meet Sperre requirement from quality perspective 確保Sperre合作伙伴生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品能滿足Sperre的各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量要求
2.Execute the Sperre quality control and product check on site, issue QC report according to the Sperre process to the relevant parties, actively participate in daily quality improvement, as well as analyze & resolve quality issue according to the process 在工廠端執(zhí)行Sperre質(zhì)量控制和產(chǎn)品檢查，根據(jù)Sperre流程發(fā)布質(zhì)量檢測(cè)報(bào)告，積極參與日常質(zhì)量改善，并根據(jù)流程分析和解決質(zhì)量問(wèn)題
3.Manage the customer (shipowner/shipyard) inspection in Sperre partner factory site according to the process, review and drive the corrective actions with the technical support from headquarter 按流程要求負(fù)責(zé)客戶(船東/船廠)在Sperre合作伙伴工廠的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品檢查，在總部的技術(shù)支持下審查和推動(dòng)相應(yīng)改善行動(dòng)
4.Manage various onsite maritime class inspection and get the approved certification, review and drive the corrective actions with the technical support from headquarter 負(fù)責(zé)不同船級(jí)社的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查過(guò)程并獲得認(rèn)可證書，在總部的技術(shù)支持下審查和推動(dòng)相應(yīng)改善行動(dòng)

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in quality management / mechanical engineering / electrical engineering / or related fields 本科及以上學(xué)歷，質(zhì)量管理/機(jī)械工程/電氣工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.5+ years as a quality engineer in an ISO or TS certificated manufacturing company， serve export market will be preferred在ISO或TS認(rèn)證的制造業(yè)公司擔(dān)任質(zhì)量工程師5年以上，產(chǎn)品服務(wù)國(guó)外市場(chǎng)客戶的優(yōu)先考慮
3.Full skills on trouble shooting, root cause analysis continuous improvement, familiar with quality tools具備全面的故障排除、根本原因分析和持續(xù)改進(jìn)技能，能熟練使用相應(yīng)質(zhì)量工具
4.Familiar with the screw compressor (or similar products) testing procedures and equipment熟悉螺桿壓縮機(jī)(或類似產(chǎn)品)的測(cè)試流程及測(cè)試設(shè)備
