A Sales Coordinator (Sr. Specialist, Proposals) for KBR Technology's Sales team will fulfill a variety of administrative tasks assigned by the Manager. Responsible for proposal activities that support selling efforts consistent with the Company's strategic plan and business goals. Participates in all phases of the proposal process from decision to pursue projects, strategy development, Promotes and develops proposal process and procedures to meet the needs of the organization and ensures compliance. -Managing proposal activities by convening/facilitating meetings (Kickoff meetings), creating proposals with sales team, corporate tax and internal partners in the framework of compliance -Coordinating management of data and document?version control to provide high quality data for proposals, and reviewing/editing printed materials as needed to ensure quality and completeness -Creating, modifying and using proposal templates in Microsoft Word and desktop?publishing software to prepare and format proposal materials -Documenting/updating standard procedures and best practices to accelerate outgoing proposals and incoming orders -Track sales force system and sales reports - Organizing/archiving sales documentation per KBR policies to track outgoing proposals and incoming orders ·-Providing administrative assistance as directed by the Manager – Sales Administration & Proposals to support sales efforts and the Proposals process Qualifications: · Bachelor degree in business administration, liberal?arts?related subject and five?years’ experience in proposal coordination of project execution or sales in the engineering and/or heavy industries · Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, attention to detail, and information and time?management skills · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office technologies (esp. Word), ability to work professionally in a time-critical environment, and motivation to boost efficiency
