1. New Product Development (NPD):新項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)
1.1 Manage purchasing activities in NPD to ensure on-time delivery, cost targets ("design to cost"), and specifications. 管理新項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)活動(dòng),確保及時(shí)交付、成本目標(biāo)達(dá)成(按照成本設(shè)計(jì))并符合規(guī)格要求。
1.2 Work with a cross team (Engineering, Quality, Supply chain, ILC) to prepare RFQ documents for commodity buyers to start sourcing activity.與工程、質(zhì)量、供應(yīng)鏈和ILC跨職能協(xié)作,編制詢價(jià)文件,供品類(lèi)采購(gòu)專(zhuān)員啟動(dòng)采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
1.3 Champion of component cost at project phase, closely working with sourcing buyers, able to challenge design and supplier quotation to achieve best price for company. 在項(xiàng)目階段擔(dān)任元器件成本管控主導(dǎo)者,與尋源采購(gòu)緊密協(xié)作,能夠?qū)υO(shè)計(jì)方案和供應(yīng)商報(bào)價(jià)提出優(yōu)化建議,為公司爭(zhēng)取最優(yōu)價(jià)格。
1.4 Sample & Tooling order owner, following up delivery on time.樣品和工裝訂單負(fù)責(zé)人,跟進(jìn)并確保交期。
1.5 Champion of contact signed with supplier for project when needed.需要時(shí),擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目與供應(yīng)商簽約的主導(dǎo)者,負(fù)責(zé)推動(dòng)合同簽署;
1.6 Align purchasing strategy with product roadmaps and business synergies. 使采購(gòu)戰(zhàn)略與產(chǎn)品路線圖及業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同效應(yīng)保持一致。
2. Technical Collaboration & Risk Mitigation技術(shù)協(xié)作與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控
2.1 Review engineering drawings, specifications, to provide purchasing insights.審核工程圖紙及規(guī)格要求,提供采購(gòu)專(zhuān)業(yè)意見(jiàn)。
2.2 Identify and mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., single-source dependencies, geopolitical issues, compliance).識(shí)別并防控供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(例如:?jiǎn)我还?yīng)商依賴、地緣政治問(wèn)題、合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等)
3. Cross-functional Leadership跨職能領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力
3.1 Align with Project Management, Quality, and Finance to ensure on-time project delivery within budget.與項(xiàng)目管理、質(zhì)量及財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)協(xié)同,確保項(xiàng)目在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)按時(shí)交付。
3.2 Window person with group project purchasing for PCO.作為集團(tuán)項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)的對(duì)接人,負(fù)責(zé) PCO 相關(guān)事務(wù)。
Qualifications & Requirements任職資格與要求
1. Education & Experience教育背景和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
1.1 Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.電氣工程、機(jī)械工程或相關(guān)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位。
1.2 10+ years’ work experience, including 3+ years in project purchasing/sourcing within automotive, industrial or energy sectors (UPS/battery/power electronics preferred).10 年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中包括 3 年以上汽車(chē)、工業(yè)或能源行業(yè)(優(yōu)先考慮不間斷電源 / 電池 / 電力電子領(lǐng)域)的項(xiàng)目采購(gòu) / 尋源經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
1.3 Engineering background and Project management experience is a plus.工程師背景和項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮。
2. Technical Competencies技術(shù)能力
2.1 Ability of reading technical drawings, specifications.具備閱讀技術(shù)圖紙和規(guī)格文件的能力。
2.2 Deep understanding of UPS components (e.g., IGBTs, capacitors, transformers) and manufacturing processes.深入理解不間斷電源(UPS)元器件(如絕緣柵雙極型晶體管、電容器、變壓器)及制造工藝。
2.3 Expertise in design-to-cost (DTC), should-cost modeling, and value engineering.精通按成本設(shè)計(jì)(DTC)、目標(biāo)成本建模和價(jià)值工程。

3.1 Basic English communication is required.需要具備基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)交流。
