Responsibilities崗位職責:
1. Strategic Procurement戰(zhàn)略采購:

2. Cost Optimization成本優(yōu)化:
o Drive supplier cost reductions through negotiation, VAVE, and TCO initiatives. 通過談判、價值分析與價值工程 (VAVE) 及總擁有成本 (TCO) 舉措推動供應商降低成本
o Collaborate cross-functionally to identify savings while maintaining quality. 跨部門協(xié)作，在保證質量的前提下識別降本機會
3. New Product Development (NPD) Support新產品開發(fā) (NPD) 支持:
o Manage purchasing activities for NPD projects to ensure on-time delivery, cost targets ("design to cost"), and specifications. 管理 NPD 項目的采購活動，確保按時交付、達成成本目標（“目標成本設計”）并滿足規(guī)格要求
o Align purchasing with product roadmaps and business synergies. 采購活動與產品路線圖及業(yè)務協(xié)同效應保持一致
4. Supplier Management供應商管理:
o Oversee key suppliers end-to-end, including performance scorecards, contracts, and relationships. 管理關鍵供應商，包括績效評估（計分卡）、合同及關系維護
5. Team & Project Leadership團隊與項目管理:
o Mentor team members, set goals with China purchasing manager alignment, and ensure delivery. 指導團隊成員；在與中國區(qū)采購經理達成一致后設定成員年度目標，并確保目標達成
o Lead VAVE projects and streamline purchasing processes for efficiency. 主導 VAVE 項目，并優(yōu)化采購流程以提高效率

Qualification任職資格：
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related. 機械制造工程、供應鏈、商務或相關專業(yè)本科學歷
· 10+ years in automotive or electronics (Battery/PCO/ESS experience a plus); 5+ years purchasing or sourcing role in manufacturing. 2+ years people or project management experience. 10年以上汽車或電子行業(yè)經驗（有電池/PCO/ESS經驗者優(yōu)先）；5年以上制造業(yè)采購或尋源崗位經驗；2年以上人員管理或項目管理經驗
· Direct material purchasing experience (must); indirect purchasing a plus.
必須具備直接物料采購經驗；有間接采購經驗者優(yōu)先
· Experience in strategic sourcing/category management and cross-functional leadership. 具備戰(zhàn)略尋源/品類管理及跨職能團隊領導經驗
· Fluent English (must). 英語流利（必須）
