職責(zé)Dutie
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司UPS、PCS、BMS、儲(chǔ)能的測(cè)試工作和測(cè)試團(tuán)隊(duì)的統(tǒng)籌和管理，搭建研發(fā)測(cè)試體系，做好測(cè)試成本管控；選擇和聘請(qǐng)外部測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)室和認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)。 Responsible for the overall coordination and management of the company's UPS, DVR, BMS, and energy storage testing work& team ; Build the R&D testing system; Control the cost of testing。Select and engage external test labs and certification bodies.
2、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品測(cè)試方案、測(cè)試規(guī)程、測(cè)試用例等設(shè)計(jì)文檔的編寫(xiě)；負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)試報(bào)告等相關(guān)文檔的審核工作。Responsible for the writing of design documents such as product test plans, test procedures, and test cases; responsible for the review of related documents such as test reports.
3、參與產(chǎn)品研發(fā)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)階段的技術(shù)評(píng)審，協(xié)助項(xiàng)目組進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品測(cè)試項(xiàng)工作的統(tǒng)籌和安排；參加產(chǎn)品研發(fā)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)階段、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)階段的測(cè)試技術(shù)評(píng)審。Participate in the technical review of the product R&D system design and detailed design phases, assist the project team in coordinating and arranging product test; participate in the technical review of the product R&D system design phase, detailed design phase, and testing.
4、負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更新情況；研究新的測(cè)試技術(shù)并實(shí)施，進(jìn)行技術(shù)交流、培訓(xùn)和技術(shù)積累。Responsible for tracking the updates of product standards; research new testing technologies and implement them, carry out technical exchanges, training and technical accumulation.
5、負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)試工具的研發(fā)工作等。Responsible for the development of testing tools, and testing automation etc.
教育背景要求 Education & background required
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷。 Bachelor's degree or above.
2、電力電子、自動(dòng)化、電子信息工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。Power Electronics, Automation, Electronic Information Engineering and other related majors.
3、熟悉電源類(lèi)產(chǎn)品測(cè)試和驗(yàn)證，對(duì)電氣參數(shù)，可靠性測(cè)試，安規(guī)，EMC等測(cè)試內(nèi)容都有相關(guān)豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和認(rèn)知。Familiar with the testing and verification of power supply products, with rich experience and knowledge in electrical parameters, reliability testing, safety regulations, EMC and other content.
4、5年以上相關(guān)產(chǎn)品（UPS/DVR/BMS/儲(chǔ)能）測(cè)試工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。More than 5 years of working experience in testing related products (UPS/DVR/BMS/ energy storage).
