主要職責(zé)：

• 在供應(yīng)商工廠現(xiàn)場(chǎng)對(duì)機(jī)械和電氣部件進(jìn)行尺寸、外觀和功能檢查，根據(jù)檢查清單、圖紙和技術(shù)規(guī)范來(lái)執(zhí)行操作。Perform on-site dimensional, visual, and functional inspections at supplier factories for mechanical and electrical components, following inspection checklists, drawings, and technical specifications.

• 在既定質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程內(nèi)，能夠獨(dú)立決定產(chǎn)品的接收、拒收或需要采取必要的糾正措施。Make independent decisions regarding product acceptance, rejection, or necessary corrective actions, within defined quality protocols.

任職要求 Requirements:
學(xué)歷與經(jīng)驗(yàn) Education & Experience:

• 機(jī)械或電氣工程（或相關(guān)專業(yè)）本科或大專學(xué)歷；Bachelor’s degree or professional college diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).

• 至少 2 年質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)、供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理或制造相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)（有機(jī)械/電氣零部件經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先）Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection, supplier quality management, or manufacturing (experience in mechanical/electrical components preferred).

技術(shù)技能 Technical Skills:

• 熟練閱讀工程圖紙和技術(shù)規(guī)范；Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• 深刻理解 AQL 抽樣方案、質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和產(chǎn)品缺陷分類；Strong understanding of AQL sampling plans, QC standards, and defect categorization.

• 熟悉各種測(cè)量工具（如卡尺、千分尺、三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)、多用電表等）；Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, or multimeters,etc.).

• 熟練使用電子工具進(jìn)行報(bào)告（如 Excel、Minitab、Power BI 或 QC 軟件）；Proficient in digital tools for reporting (Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or QC software).

• 有 PPAP 和供應(yīng)商審查經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；Experience with PPAP and supplier audits is a plus.
