工作職責(zé):
1. 完成機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案及項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)的方案確認(rèn)；
Accomplish mechanical & structure design of product and scheme confirmation of bidding projects;
2. 分析并解決客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)及客戶產(chǎn)品故障及質(zhì)量問題；
Analyze and resolve product failure and quality problems of clients;
3. 運(yùn)用SolidWorks、AutoCAD制作設(shè)計(jì)文件，進(jìn)行基本結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、非標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化；
Accomplish design documents by SolidWorks, AutoCAD & other drawing software, finish & optimize structure, non-standard design;
4. 完成新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及力學(xué)分析工作,并輸出結(jié)構(gòu)部分BOM表；
Accomplish mechanical & structure design , mechanics analysis of new product, generating the structure BOM form;
5. 完善已有產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)，協(xié)助生產(chǎn)部解決生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)生的技術(shù)問題；
Improve design of existing products and assist to solve the technical problems occurred in production;
6. 協(xié)助采購部完成產(chǎn)品國產(chǎn)化、降成本的目標(biāo)；
Collaborate with purchasing department to accomplish the goal of localization and cost reduction;
7. 制作NMN(新物料)和ECN(工程變更)，收集各部門反饋并存檔；
Make NMA and ECN, collect department’s feedback and keep in file;
8. 培訓(xùn)并指導(dǎo)初級(jí)機(jī)械工程師工作；
Train and mentor the junior mechanical engineers;
9. 完成其他交辦的工作。
Other duties as assigned.
任職資格:
機(jī)械或機(jī)電一體化專科及以上學(xué)歷
Diploma degree or above, majored in mechanical or mechatronics
英語良好Good command in English
3年以上機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn) Over 3 years mechanical design or related experience
熟悉空調(diào)機(jī)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)（包括鈑金、管道、焊接）
Familiar with air conditioner design include Sheet metal, pipe, welding
熟悉AutoCAD，Solidworks等制圖軟件，熟悉Office辦公軟件
Familiar with AutoCAD, Solidworks and MIS office
良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力Good communication and coordination skills
