5、負責對房產(chǎn)、物業(yè)各項目公司的日常管理于各項數(shù)據(jù)及文件的收集；
6、負責對公司內(nèi)控制度與流程提出優(yōu)化建議，提出改進建議與措施。
任職要求：
1、年齡30-45歲，財務管理、會計等大學?？萍耙陨蠈W歷；
2、5年以上房產(chǎn)財務任職經(jīng)驗，熟悉房地產(chǎn)財務管理規(guī)章和會計實務，熟悉財務軟件。
