工作職責(zé):
1)培訓(xùn)管理,包括培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)查及分析、培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、培訓(xùn)的實(shí)施及跟蹤;Training management, including training needs survey and analysis, Training plan making, Training implementation and follow up.
2) 招聘管理, 根據(jù)人員預(yù)算進(jìn)行招聘安排, 人員面試與甄選;Recruitment management, Interview organize, Interview with recruitment department;
3) 員工關(guān)系管理; Employee Relations Management;
4)員工入職、離職、員工晉升、轉(zhuǎn)崗、轉(zhuǎn)正、試用、勞動(dòng)合同管理;Employee on board,leave,promotion, transfer,probation,Labour contract management;
5) 溝通與合作,敬業(yè)度調(diào)查等各種調(diào)查及結(jié)果分析,員工活動(dòng)的策劃與組織;commination & teamwork,Employee surveys delivery,Teambuilding organization;
6) 質(zhì)量/環(huán)境/安全職責(zé) Duties of Quality and Environment &Occupational Health & Safety:
7) 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作Other work assigned by direct leader.
任職要求:
1.熟悉人力資源相關(guān)模塊 Familiar with HR modules
2.有相關(guān)培訓(xùn)、招聘工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) Have work experience of training & recruitment
3.熟悉勞動(dòng)合同法和當(dāng)?shù)氐娜肆Y源管理相關(guān)的政策法規(guī)Familiar with labor contract law and local human resource management policies and regulations.
4熟練操作電腦,良好的英文水平 software skill and good English
