崗位職責
1.作為FICO顧問負責公司范圍內所有的財務用戶及相關業(yè)務部門的SAP FICO運行支持及問題解決，負責支持集團公司范圍內財務月結，年結等工作。As a FICO consultant, responsible for the operation support and troubleshooting of SAP FICO for all financial users and related business departments within the company, and supporting for the monthly and annual financial settlement work within the group company.
2.作為FICO顧問收集公司范圍內所有的財務用戶及相關業(yè)務部門提出的財務相關需求，并按SAP S/4HANA的新功能搭建解決方案。 As a FICO consultant, responsible for collecting financial-related requirements from all financial users and related business departments within the company, and build solutions according to the new functions of SAP S/4HANA.
3.作為FICO顧問參與公司的SAP項目實施工作，并負責公司SAP項目財務部分的現狀與需求分析、業(yè)務藍圖設計、集成接口設計、系統(tǒng)配置及單元測試、集成測試腳本設計及測試、最終用戶培訓、數據遷移、系統(tǒng)切換等工作，并承擔SAP上線后的支持工作。 As a FICO consultant, participate in the SAP project implementation, responsible for the current situation and demand analysis, business blueprint design, integration interface design, system configuration and unit testing, integration test script design and testing, end user training, data migration, and system switching etc. and responsible for operation support after SAP goes live.
4.負責為用戶提供培訓,包括公司范圍內財務用戶的定期培訓、專題解決方案培訓和新員工財務用戶培訓等工作。 Responsible for providing training to users , including regular training for financial users within the company, and specific solution training and new financial user training, etc.

任職要求
1.本科以上學歷，財務專業(yè)或經濟學相關專業(yè);Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or economics related;
2.8年或以上SAP工作經驗,3年以上SAP FICO 顧問經驗,2個或以上FICO模塊完整項目經驗,有制造業(yè)行業(yè)財務模塊完整實施經驗優(yōu)先； 8 years or above SAP working experience , 3 years of SAP FICO module consultant experience; 2 or above SAP FICO modules complete project experience; experience in implementing complete financial modules in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
3.熟練掌握FICO模塊后臺配置，能獨立配置相關解決方案；熟悉SAP各業(yè)務模塊之間的邏輯關系,熟悉最新版本SAP S4/HANA及FIORI優(yōu)先；Proficient in the back-end configuration of FICO module, able to independently configure related solutions; familiar with the logical relationship between SAP business modules, Familiarity with the latest version of SAP S4/HANA is a plus.
4.具備良好的財務專業(yè)知識, 精通FI universal ledger, AP, AR, New Asset accounting, CO-PC, CO-IO, new PCA and margin analysis(account-based COPA),有玩具業(yè)或快消品行業(yè)財務背景優(yōu)先。Good financial expertise, proficient in FI universal ledger, AP, AR, New Asset accounting, CO-PC, CO-IO, new PCA and margin analysis(account-based COPA), with financial background in the TOY industry or FMCG industry are preferred.
5.熟悉銀企直連解決方案. Familiar with bank-enterprise direct connection solutions.
6.主動工作、耐壓性強,具備良好的學習能力，溝通協(xié)調能力及團隊意識；Active work, high pressure resistance, good learning ability, communication and coordination ability and team awareness;
7.英語讀寫流利,口語及聽力良好優(yōu)先Fluent in English, good oral and listening is preferred.
