Responsibilities:
1.Banking & Financing Coordination:
Serve as the primary contact with local banks to establish and maintain financial accounts.
Coordinate and oversee financing activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial strategy.
2.Accounting & Taxation:
Handle bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Thai regulations.
3.Compliance with BOI (Board of Investment):
Manage financial and operational requirements related to BOI incentives.
Ensure compliance with BOI regulations and prepare necessary documentation.
4.Financial Operations Setup:
Support the company during its startup phase, establishing sound financial processes and procedures.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
5.Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and ensure alignment on business objectives.
Act as a bridge between local teams and headquarters for financial and administrative matters.

Qualifications:
1.Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Certification by the CPA or registration with the finance department is required.
2.Experience:
Proven experience in finance, accounting, or taxation, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
3.Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in Thai and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory; English proficiency is a strong plus.
Strong knowledge of Thai BOI regulations and related financial operations.
Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
4.Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with Thai tax laws and accounting standards.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
