1.Conduct experiments in R&D lab for the development of products in the field of textile and leather chemicals as instructed by Lab Chemist / Superior, using synthesis, polymerization or formulation techniques;
2.Conduct analytical testing and application of own products and raw materials;
3.Lab sample management, including storage, shipment and documentation；
4.Documentation of experimental work；ISO documentation;
5.Good communication within project teams and cooperation with internal scientific network；
6.Implementation and compliance with company Environmental, Health and Safety policies.
7.Reporting to Chemist, working within a team of 2 to 3 people;
8.Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or Chemical Engineering；
9.Knowledge in organic chemistry；
10.Preferably working experience in textile chemistry, but not a must；
11.Structured way of working, good documentation and communication；
12.Good social and team work skills;
13.Interested in his / her work, diligent, willing to take over additional responsibility;
14.Basic knowledge of MS Office and chemistry related software;
15.Basic English (reading and writing).
