1.制定所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域(德國,西班牙,意大利)新開戶開發(fā),注冊及銷售目標(biāo)和實施計劃并達(dá)成目標(biāo);
2.負(fù)責(zé)海外目標(biāo)國家的市場調(diào)研,前期法規(guī)評估,協(xié)助公司形成體系化的市場開發(fā)計劃和產(chǎn)品配套方案;
3. 建立海外國家銷售渠道,對市場需求進(jìn)行分析、銷售預(yù)測,制定銷售計劃,達(dá)成銷售目標(biāo);
4. 負(fù)責(zé)市場各國家衛(wèi)生政策,準(zhǔn)入法規(guī),市場動態(tài),競爭對手等數(shù)據(jù)情報收集與分析匯報;
5.負(fù)責(zé)市場產(chǎn)品推廣及市場活動執(zhí)行,如新產(chǎn)品上市策劃與執(zhí)行;
6. 負(fù)責(zé)市場重要KOL關(guān)系建立與維護,利用KOL影響力推廣產(chǎn)品;
7. 參與海外市場策略制定,價格制定,渠道建設(shè),商務(wù)管理等工作;
8.參與海外展會,客戶拜訪及驗廠等;
任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,兩年以上醫(yī)療器械外貿(mào)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗,兩年以上團隊管理經(jīng)驗; 2. 熟悉進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)流程,熟悉外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口法律條規(guī),能適應(yīng)經(jīng)常出差;
3.具備優(yōu)秀的組織管理能力,團隊合作能力及服務(wù)意識,責(zé)任心強;
4.有開拓精神,有明確的目標(biāo),對自我有較高的要求,帶領(lǐng)團隊完成銷售業(yè)績目標(biāo);
5. 能統(tǒng)籌海外業(yè)務(wù)運營,比如報關(guān)和物流,產(chǎn)品海外注冊等優(yōu)先考慮。
Job Description
1.New customer development, registration and sales targets and implementation plans in the responsible area and achieve the targets.
2.Be responsible for market research and early regulatory evaluation in overseas target countries, and assist the company to form a systematic market development plan and product supporting scheme.
3.Establish overseas sales channels, analyze market demand, make sales forecasts, make sales plans and achieve sales targets.
4.Be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data and information on health policies, access regulations, market trends, competitors and other countries in the market.
5.Be responsible for the promotion of market products and the implementation of market activities, such as the planning and implementation of new product launch.
6.Be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of important KOL relationships in the market, and promote products by using KOL influence. 7.Participate in overseas market strategy formulation, price formulation, channel construction and business management.
8.Participate in overseas exhibitions, customer visits and factory inspections, etc.
Work requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, more than two years experience in foreign trade of medical devices, and more than two years experience in team management. 2.Familiar with import and export business process, familiar with foreign trade import and export laws and regulations, able to adapt to frequent business trips. 3.Have excellent organizational and management skills, teamwork ability and service awareness, and a strong sense of responsibility.;
4.Pioneering spirit, clear goals, high requirements for self, leading the team to achieve sales performance targets.
5.Be able to co-ordinate overseas business operations, such as customs declaration and logistics, and overseas product registration is preferred.
