R&R:
v Manage Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities following BH policies and procedures during installation and service of BH equipment at customer site
v Inspect BH workplace to ensure that any potential hazards have been either eliminated or mitigated
v Promote BH HSE interdependent culture amongst the team
v Prepare/review Permit To Work/HSE Risk Assessment/JSA for task performed by either BH employees or contractor;
v Support BH and Customer HSE programs during outage and installation ;
v Develop and implement HSE programs at Customer site;
v Support BH site manager and site team to ensure compliance with any local HSE laws and regulations.
v Investigate injury/illness/Near Miss at Customer site according to BH incident investigation management policy
v Support activities in case of external HSE audits on site;
v Responsible of all HSE documents at site
v Provide site induction to BH employees and contractors;
v Provide periodical Tool-Box Talk to BH team and participate to HSE meetings organized by customer;
v Provide daily/weekly report as required, including site HSE statistics;
v Ensure Concern Reports are tracked and uploaded in Intelex;
v Provide final HSE report of the activities carried out and lesson learned.

Requirements/skills:
v Degree/Diploma in Health, Safety and Environmental management (or equivalent);
v 8 (eight) years of experience in HSE (preferable in Oil & Gas);
v Fluent English language ;
v Medical checks and vaccination compliance;
v Locally or internationally recognized professional HSE qualification up to date with training requirements.
v Strong communicator, energetic personality, team player.
v Trained HSE Auditor
v Risk Assessor.
