KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Increase customer base and revenue generation

Build and maintain a customer list consisting of APAC based Pharmaceutical & Biotech companies, CRO’s, central laboratories, CMO’s and where possible R&D institutions including hospitals and universities.

Contribute to the maintenance and where possible growth of existing Biocair customers within the defined (APAC) territory

Plan development campaigns coupled with Marketing to aid brand awareness and business presence across APAC

Support marketing activities including attendance at industry related conference, exhibitions and symposia.

Contribute to Biocair’s customer retention strategy

Manage and Support Biocair’s existing customer base within territory

Maintain regular customer meetings and where needed introduce key Biocair personnel including management and project management

Communicate any customer issues to Customer Service/Project Management and assist with resolution and subsequent customer contact.

Identify areas for process improvements

Communicate any areas of competitive activity/initiatives to Sales & Marketing department and management team.

Meet with existing customer base to increase revenue generation

Identify opportunities to increase revenue from the existing customer base

Present benefits of new product developments to existing customer base and identify potential revenue streams.

Obtain referrals and introductions from existing contacts.

Contribute to the implementation of departmental plans and product/geographical developments

Attend exhibitions, industry seminars, events and networking opportunities as required.

Assist in maintaining competitor analysis information.

Ensure that Biocair’s Standard Operating Procedures and general standards of presentation are adhered to at all times.

Contribute to the overall development of the department as directed by the VP, Commercial Operations and General Manager, China.
