職位描述：
1、能獨(dú)立完成暖通設(shè)計(jì)工作；
2、審核工程招標(biāo)文件中暖通方案的技術(shù)部分
3、能配合其它專業(yè)做好暖通方面的協(xié)調(diào)工作；
4、協(xié)調(diào)施工單位，監(jiān)理單位處理現(xiàn)場問題
5、做好本專業(yè)有關(guān)技術(shù)資料的整理工作
6、完成主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作
崗位要求：
1、暖通相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2、熟練運(yùn)用Office、Auto CAD等計(jì)算機(jī)軟件系統(tǒng)；
3、有較強(qiáng)的自我管理能力；
4、具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神及溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。
5、有工業(yè)廠房項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)，
6、懂BIM和英語熟練的優(yōu)先考慮
7、有設(shè)計(jì)院或同行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。


Resposibility:
- finish the HVAC design work independently
- audit the technical part of projects’ tender documents
- do the coordination cooperate with other department
- deal with problems on site coordinating with construction and supervision units
- tide up the relevant documents
- finish other work arranged by the supervisor
Requirement:
- bachelor or above, major in HVAC
- proficiency in the use of Auto CAD, Office or other software
- self-management skills
- team spirit and good communication and coordination
- experience in industrial plant projects
- working with BIM or having good English is preferred
- working experience in design institute or same industry is preferred
