工作內容:
1. Through existing resources to create good relationship with customers, via customer visit, seminar, exhibition to know their requirements deeply and seek business opportunities to promote ELTEK products.
通過其現有資源建立與客戶的良好關系,并通過客戶拜訪、研討會、展會等方式深入了解客戶需求,尋找業(yè)務機會推廣愛爾泰相關產品;
2. Propose and implement annual sales plan (target, market share, new project etc.) on the dedicated key accounts; conduct analysis to identify customer needs and content per business increase.
針對重點客戶提出并實施年度銷售計劃(目標、市場份額、新項目等),通過分析確定客戶需求和業(yè)務增長的內容。
3. To conduct the information colleting, analyzing and sharing including industry policy and process, volume forecast, market trends, product demand, competition etc.
完成信息的收集、分析和分享包括政策及流程、產量預測、市場趨勢、產品需求、競爭等。
4. To negotiate make agreement with customer on the terms and conditions of business agreements.
與客戶談判在商務條款上達成一致。
5. To support the new product launching and innovation solutions promotion.
支持公司投放新產品、推廣新技術。
6. To maintain/improve customers relationship,coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
維護并加強客戶關系,協調客戶和內部部門之間的溝通,以保持客戶滿意度促進業(yè)務開展。
崗位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above,3+years sales experience in Automotive or appliance for healthcare industry;
本科及以上學歷,3年以上汽車零部件或家電零部件或醫(yī)療行業(yè)銷售經驗;
2. Excellent communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills;
優(yōu)秀的溝通表達、展示以及商務談判能力;
3. Be good at thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
善于思考并具備較強的問題解決能力;
4. Can be work under the pressure.
有較好的承受工作壓力和挫折的心理素質.
