Job Purpose:
To achieve new product’s quality introduction to manufacturing, improve the production quality system by continuous improving the quality of production process and etc., realize continuous improving production quality performance, obtain world-class customer’s confidence through daily professional deliveries.
Key areas of accountability:
1、Communication with customer, manage the incident, feedback customer inquired and complete the report in customer portal.
2、Regular warranty returns analysis, 0 hours defect analysis.
3、Driving quality improvement, coordinate and resolve the problem including raw material, assembly, testing, failure analysis in internal and external. Share lesson learned to the teams.
4、Join quality review in conditional run phase, to review control plan, PFEMA and validate the poke yoke list
5、Arrange and coordinate re-qualification plan, internal process audit and external audit that estimate the potential risk for the product and the system, cooperate with team to improve.
6、Other work assigned by quality manager.
Job scope:
Work with people across all relevant levels of the organization and external parties, work independently for quality data reporting and analysis, highlight the deviations to team. Coordinate and take lead the continuous improvement for quality team’s documentation. Independently handling basic quality assurance work as well as the warranty returns analysis.
Qualification:
1、Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering background
2、Working Experience: Min 5 years’ working experiences in quality area and relevant area
3、Expertise / Skills: basic level of experience/skill/competency in quality field is required
4、Good communication skills
5、Language skills: fluent English and Mandarin
6、Personal Attributes: result-oriented team player, capable of working under pressure.
7、VDA6.3, Quality tools, green belt or black belt is a plus.
