    崗位職責/職位描述
    概要：

    銷售經(jīng)理他/她督導并管理所有談判過程，同時需成功的跟進所分派的公司、散客、會務、社會活動、旅游團隊等各項活動。準確、快速的服務使收入最大化，同時給客戶以最高標準的服務。


    A. 關鍵績效目標


    1. 對主要市場的地區(qū)制定銷售拜訪計劃，進行電話銷售

    2. 緊密跟進處理生意或客戶詢問，與客戶保持緊密的聯(lián)絡與溝通，最終將生意確認下來。

    3. 確保與組織者有效的溝通。

    4. 在主要客戶、團隊負責人及貴賓到店時歡迎其光臨或入住酒店

    5. 負責將生意接待所有相關信息分發(fā)至酒店各部門。

    6. 負責活動結(jié)束后的繼續(xù)跟進，例如致客戶感謝信和意見跟蹤調(diào)查表等。

    7. 了解并熟悉競爭對手的所有產(chǎn)品信息，包括公司協(xié)議價、主要客戶及其產(chǎn)量、酒店客房、餐飲、會務等，并定期向區(qū)域市場銷售總監(jiān)匯報。

    8. 與各部門之間建立良好的工作關系。

    9. 確保將高質(zhì)量的服務和產(chǎn)品提供給客戶，與客戶保持良好溝通

    10. 緊密觀察主要客戶的收入和產(chǎn)量。

    11. 及時反饋市場訊息，保持與客戶良好的關系及發(fā)展目標的更新。

    12. 無論何時，最大化增加銷售額。

    13. 制定團隊報價或合同時需按照價格指導制定

    14. 帶領有潛力的客戶做酒店視察，突出酒店賣點

    15. 協(xié)助準備銷售計劃。

    16. 達到個人銷售任務及酒店預算。

    17. 跟進裸心集團酒店的品牌標準。

    18. 完成任何其他合理的職責和被指派的職責。


    B. 任職資格


    教育背景

    大學專科，良好的中英文讀寫能力。

    工作經(jīng)驗

    具有至少兩年在國際連鎖酒店的相關經(jīng)驗。

    必要的工作技能

    1. 具有良好的溝通技巧。

    2. 擁有較強團隊合作精神；

    3. 較強的人際交往能力

    4. 有酒店銷售經(jīng)驗

    5. 客戶資源

    6. 能在強壓下勝任工作。

    7. 良好組織及展示技巧。

    8. 具有以身作則的能力。
