accurately and on a timely basis.

7. Ensure that the costs are being continuously
collected in such a manner that feedback to estimating is possible at any given
point of time.

8. Ensure that the profit and cash forecasts are

accurate and timely.

9. Always be “forecast conscious”; ask the question
“how does this event affect the forecast?”

10. Use “earned value” concept in forecasting; use
commitments made and the “earned value” to accurately forecast commitments to
go.

11. Review Risk and Opportunity register on an
ongoing basis to ensure they are adequately addressed in the project forecasts.

12. Review and manage “contingencies” as per
guidelines.

14. Ensure the deviations registered in PIMS-CMS

are submitted to CTR timely.

15. Participate in the variation request negotiation with client.

16. Participate in subcontractor change order
settlement and inform procurement about the budget.

17. Familiar with the project CONTRACT and guide to
project members on identification of the VARIATION

18. Ensure that the manhours for abnormal / out
sequence works are booked separately and issue the separate job number and
subfunction timely.
