崗位要求:
1)Experience in PMP and 6 Sigma preferred.
具備項目管理專業(yè)人士(PMP)和六西格瑪方面的經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
2)5 years or above direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
5 年或以上項目管理方面的直接工作經(jīng)驗,涵蓋流程開發(fā)及執(zhí)行的各個方面。
3)Demonstrated experience in personnel management.
具備人員管理方面的豐富經(jīng)驗。
4)Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.

5)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English and Mandarin are a Must.
出色的溝通及人際交往能力,英語和普通話是必備技能。
6)Excellent presentation skills.
出色的演講技巧。
7)B.A Degree or higher in business administration or Finance, Engineering degree or related job experience form EMS industry a significant plus.
工商管理或金融專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷,工程專業(yè)或EMS行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
8)Overseas education/ background a big plus.

崗位職責(zé):
1)Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
與高層管理人員及利益相關(guān)者合作,明確項目范圍、目標(biāo)以及能夠支持業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)的可交付成果。
2)Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
制定全面的項目計劃以及相關(guān)的溝通文件 。
3)Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
以及時且清晰的方式向團隊成員和相關(guān)方有效傳達(dá)項目預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
4)Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
估算實現(xiàn)項目目標(biāo)所需的資源和參與人員數(shù)量。
5)Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
起草并提交預(yù)算提案,并在必要時提出后續(xù)的預(yù)算調(diào)整建議。如有需要,與其他部門經(jīng)理協(xié)商,從公司內(nèi)部獲取所需人員。
6)Make appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.

7)Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

8)Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
確定項目團隊提交狀態(tài)報告的頻率和內(nèi)容,分析結(jié)果,并解決存在的問題。
9)Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
主動管理項目范圍的變化,識別潛在危機,并制定應(yīng)急計劃。
10)Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
明確項目成功標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并在整個項目生命周期內(nèi)將其傳達(dá)給所有相關(guān)方。
11)Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
訓(xùn)練、指導(dǎo)、激勵并監(jiān)督項目團隊成員及承包商,引導(dǎo)他們采取積極行動,并對所負(fù)責(zé)的工作承擔(dān)起責(zé)任。
