崗位要求:
1.3–7 years in R&D, product innovation, or design development roles—preferably in consumer goods, wearable tech, soft goods, or hybrid electronics(3 -7年在研發(fā)、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新或設(shè)計開發(fā)領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗——最好是在消費(fèi)品、可穿戴技術(shù)、紡織產(chǎn)品或混合電子領(lǐng)域)
2.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Product Design, or a related field(機(jī)械工程、材料科學(xué)、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的本科學(xué)位)
3.Strong hands-on prototyping, experimentation, and problem-solving capabilities(豐富實際操作原型設(shè)計、實驗以及問題解決能力)
4.Wide-ranging knowledge of materials (plastics, textiles, foams, elastomers, composites) and fabrication techniques(有廣泛的材料知識(包括塑料、紡織品、泡沫材料、彈性體、復(fù)合材料)以及制造技術(shù))

崗位職責(zé):
1.Lead development of roadmap projects from conceptual design to functional proof-of-concept prototypes.(負(fù)責(zé)制定路線圖項目,涵蓋從概念設(shè)計到功能原型驗證的整個過程)
2.Collaborate with industrial design, product development, and manufacturing teams to translate creative ideas into testable samples(與工業(yè)設(shè)計、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和制造團(tuán)隊合作,將創(chuàng)意轉(zhuǎn)化為可測試的樣品)
3.Evaluate and select appropriate materials, processes, and construction methods for early builds(評估并選擇適合的材料、工藝和施工方法,用于早期的建造工作)
4.Integrate new technologies, processes, and materials into functional samples to demonstrate capability and innovation(將新的技術(shù)、流程和材料融入功能樣件中,以展示其能力和創(chuàng)新性)
5.Create and test prototypes that showcase product feasibility, function, and performance(創(chuàng)建并測試原型,以展示產(chǎn)品的可行性、功能和性能)
