崗位職責/職位描述
1、協(xié)助前廳部經(jīng)理負責前臺運作
2、在前廳部經(jīng)理的直接領導下，在當班期間負責整個前臺的正常運作。
3、要負責處理賓客的問題和投訴。

Job Requirements
