助理商務(wù)合同
Resbonsibility：
- Assist with preparation and submission of procurement documents under the supervision of the SMs
- Assist with logistics and administration of the 2 publications ie DGR and LAR eg work with Finance on Fapiao/stocktake etc
- Assist with budget and forecast preparation
- Handle the contract stamping for Biitco under the laid down procedure of the regional office
- Help to prepare/update/translate ppt for specific products
- Help with contract preparation as instructed by the SMs
- Any adhoc tasks assigned by the Regional Head of Sales
Requirement：
1.Bachelor's degree or above;
2.Literate in English；
3.Attentive to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
