Job Description /Responsibilities:
Payment operation
1. Process end to end for multiple legal entities’ AP operation including invoice compliance processing, TNE reports compliance processing, payments to vendors and staffs.
2. Process end to end for multiple legal entities’ fixed assets including the month end closure.
3. Process indirect tax calculation and reporting.
4. Perform month end accounts’ reconciliation and general entries adjustment.
5. Flag errors and potential issues in BAU and resolve issues.
6. Work with offshore team to reduce the manual work to improve the work efficiency and hold the regular meeting with offshore team.
7. Be proactive to accept other assignment delegated from line managers.
8. Assist line managers on internal and external auditors.
9. Participate the regional/Global and local initiatives and system enhancement projects.
Procurement operation
1. Process purchaser orders and create invoices post orders are matched.
2. Work with line managers to setup source to pay channel.
3. Assist the line managers on internal and external auditors.
Qualifications / Experience:
1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic.

2. 2 + years related working experience Bank industry and
Financial Institution.

3. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English

4.Good at Concur & SAP processing

5.Excellent computer skill, China local ERP experience is a
plus E.g. Kingdee and YonYou
