Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
? Assist Assistant Director – Residential Marketing in developing and implementing end-to-end marketing strategies for residential projects, including branding, advertising, PR, events, and digital campaigns.
? Define marketing messages and materials that align with the project’s unique value proposition and target buyer profile.
? Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and timelines.
? Manage and coordinate with external agencies on campaign development, creative assets, media planning, and execution.
? Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies.
? Plan and execute on-site marketing experiences such as sales gallery/show flat/related material setup, buyer journey planning, and customer engagement activities.
? Track campaign performance metrics and prepare marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations.
? Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost control and spending efficiency.
? Support digital marketing efforts including social media, content marketing, SEM/SEO, and CRM campaigns.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
? Minimum 8-10 years comprehensive residential marketing experience
? Proven experience in managing residential marketing campaigns.
? Strong understanding of high-end residential customer behavior and market positioning.
? Solid knowledge of both digital and offline marketing channels.
? Experience in working with creative agencies, media vendors, and event planners.
? Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
? Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and market research.
? Fluent spoken and written Mandarin, proficient English.
