崗位概述
現(xiàn)招聘產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工程師，主要負責制造現(xiàn)場產(chǎn)品開發(fā)落地與執(zhí)行工作。本崗位將與生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量及工程團隊緊密協(xié)作，推進產(chǎn)品開發(fā)驗證、工業(yè)化導入及量產(chǎn)爬坡；作為研發(fā)團隊與工廠運營之間的技術(shù)橋梁，確保從工程樣件到穩(wěn)定量產(chǎn)的全流程順利落地。
崗位職責
（一）現(xiàn)場產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與工程驗證
?駐場支持中國生產(chǎn)基地產(chǎn)品開發(fā)工作，負責工程驗證階段（EVT/DVT/PVT）的現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行
?將產(chǎn)品定義、圖紙及規(guī)格要求轉(zhuǎn)化為可執(zhí)行的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)指導文件
?主導工程驗證與試產(chǎn)階段的現(xiàn)場問題排查，確保進度、質(zhì)量及良率目標達成
?推動工廠向設計團隊反饋可制造性設計（DFM）/可裝配性設計（DFA）建議，保障產(chǎn)品可量產(chǎn)性與可擴展性
（二）跨部門協(xié)同
?與現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)、工藝工程、設備工程及質(zhì)量團隊緊密協(xié)作
?作為工廠團隊與全球研發(fā)/產(chǎn)品團隊之間的主要技術(shù)接口
?協(xié)調(diào)日常驗證執(zhí)行、問題跟蹤與閉環(huán)處理
?協(xié)助開展供應商協(xié)同工作，包括物料齊套、BOM準確性及材料問題處理
（三）量產(chǎn)爬坡與生產(chǎn)支持
?支持產(chǎn)品量產(chǎn)爬坡與量產(chǎn)準備工作，包括工藝驗證與良率穩(wěn)定
?主導或協(xié)助開展量產(chǎn)爬坡階段產(chǎn)品及工藝問題的根本原因分析與糾正措施
?管理工程變更（ECR/ECN），確保在工廠端及時落地
?支持成本降低、良率提升及各類持續(xù)改善項目（8D、PDCA等）
?按需支持客戶審核、技術(shù)評審及問題解決
任職要求
（一）教育背景與工作經(jīng)驗
?機械、電子、光學、制造工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學歷
?3–7年產(chǎn)品工程或制造工程相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，有汽車或消費電子行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
?具備制造現(xiàn)場工程驗證與量產(chǎn)支持的實操經(jīng)驗
?熟悉生產(chǎn)制造流程、良率管理及現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行工作
?具備在工廠環(huán)境下開展跨部門協(xié)作的能力
?可根據(jù)業(yè)務需要出差

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to support product development with a strong focus on on-site execution at the manufacturing sites. This role will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to drive product development builds, industrialization, and production ramp-up. The Product Development Engineer will act as the technical bridge between development teams and factory operations, ensuring smooth execution from engineering builds to stable mass production.
Job Responsibilities:
?On-Site Product Development & Engineering Builds
?Support product development activities with on-site ownership of engineering builds (EVT/DVT/PVT) at China manufacturing sites.
?Translate product definitions, drawings, and specifications into executable manufacturing instructions.
?Lead on-site troubleshooting during engineering builds and pilot runs to ensure schedule, quality, and yield targets are met.
?Drive DFM/DFA feedback from factory to design teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability.
?Cross-Functional Collaboration
?Work closely with manufacturing, process engineering, equipment engineering, and quality teams on the shop floor.
?Act as the primary technical interface between factory teams and global R&D / product teams.
?Coordinate daily build execution, issue tracking, and closure for development and ramp activities.
?Support supplier coordination related to parts readiness, BOM accuracy, and material issues.
?Ramp-Up & Production Support
?Support product ramp-up and mass production readiness, including process validation and yield stabilization.
?Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective actions for product- and process-related issues during ramp and production.
?Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and ensure timely implementation at the factory.
?Support cost reduction, yield improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.issues (8D, PDCA, etc.).
?Support customer audits, technical reviews, and issue resolution as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, Manufacturing, or related field).
?3–7 years of experience in product or manufacturing engineering, preferably in automotive or consumer electronics industries.
?Hands-on experience supporting engineering builds and production at a manufacturing site.
?Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, yield management, and shop-floor execution.
?Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a factory environment.
?Willingness to travel according to business needs.
