HALCONVISION MASTEROpenCVAOI機器視覺電子/半導體/集成電路
崗位職責
1. 負責半導體&微光學生產(chǎn)設(shè)備中視覺系統(tǒng)的方案設(shè)計、開發(fā)與落地實施;
2. 根據(jù)工藝及產(chǎn)品檢測需求,設(shè)計穩(wěn)定、可量產(chǎn)的視覺檢測方案,完成相機、鏡頭、光源等成像系統(tǒng)的選型與驗證;
3. 基于機器視覺開發(fā)平臺實現(xiàn)缺陷檢測、測量、識別與分類等功能,保障系統(tǒng)精度、穩(wěn)定性及產(chǎn)線節(jié)拍;
4. 與上位機軟件對接,實現(xiàn)檢測數(shù)據(jù)管理、圖像存儲、報警及追溯功能;
5. 參與設(shè)備整機調(diào)試、現(xiàn)場問題分析與性能優(yōu)化,解決復雜工況下的成像與算法問題;
6. 編寫并維護機器視覺技術(shù)文檔,支持項目驗收、交付及后續(xù)技術(shù)支持。
任職要求
1. 本科及以上學歷,計算機、自動化、電子信息、光學工程、人工智能等相關(guān)專業(yè);三年以上工作經(jīng)驗
2. 具備半導體行業(yè) AOI / 機器視覺項目開發(fā)經(jīng)驗,能夠獨立承擔視覺系統(tǒng)的落地實施;
3. 熟練使用至少兩種視覺開發(fā)平臺或算法庫:Halcon / VisionMaster / NI Vision / OpenCV,具備完整項目開發(fā)與調(diào)試經(jīng)驗;
4. 熟悉工業(yè)相機、鏡頭、光源及成像系統(tǒng)的選型原則,能夠針對復雜檢測需求設(shè)計合理成像方案;
5. 扎實掌握傳統(tǒng)圖像處理與機器視覺算法,熟悉圖像預(yù)處理、特征提取、模板匹配、幾何測量、缺陷檢測等方法;
6. 深入理解并掌握深度學習在 AOI 場景中的應(yīng)用,具備模型訓練、數(shù)據(jù)標注、效果評估及現(xiàn)場優(yōu)化經(jīng)驗;
7. 具備良好的問題分析與現(xiàn)場調(diào)試能力,能夠獨立定位并解決生產(chǎn)環(huán)境中的復雜視覺問題;
8. 具備良好的溝通能力,能夠與軟件、設(shè)備及工藝團隊協(xié)作推進項目落地;
9. 英語能力良好者優(yōu)先,能夠閱讀英文技術(shù)文檔與論文,并進行技術(shù)交流;
10. 能接受一定頻率的 國內(nèi)及海外出差。
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of vision systems in semiconductor and micro-optics production equipment;
2. Design stable and mass-producible vision inspection solutions based on process and product requirements, including selection and verification of cameras, lenses, and lighting systems;
3. Implement defect detection, measurement, recognition, and classification functions using machine vision development platforms, ensuring system accuracy, stability, and production line throughput;
4. Integrate vision systems with upper-level software to manage inspection data, image storage, alarms, and traceability;
5. Participate in full-machine commissioning, on-site issue analysis, and performance optimization, resolving complex imaging and algorithm problems under production conditions;
6. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for machine vision systems to support project acceptance, delivery, and ongoing technical support.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic Engineering, Optical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields; More than 3 years of work experience
2. Experience in semiconductor AOI / machine vision projects, capable of independently implementing vision systems in production;
3. Proficient in at least two vision development platforms or libraries, such as Halcon, VisionMaster, NI Vision, OpenCV, with complete project development and debugging experience;
4. Familiar with industrial cameras, lenses, lighting, and imaging system selection principles, able to design appropriate imaging solutions for complex inspection requirements;
5. Solid foundation in traditional image processing and machine vision algorithms, including image preprocessing, feature extraction, template matching, geometric measurement, and defect detection;
6. Deep understanding and practical experience applying deep learning in AOI scenarios, including model training, data labeling, performance evaluation, and on-site optimization;
7. Strong problem analysis and on-site debugging skills, able to independently locate and resolve complex vision issues in production environments;
8. Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with software, equipment, and process teams to ensure successful project implementation;
9. Proficiency in English preferred, capable of reading technical documentation and academic papers and conducting technical discussions in English;
10. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
