職位概述:海外技術(shù)工程師的主要職責(zé)是為銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)提供技術(shù)支持,涵蓋售前、售中、售后各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),確保公司產(chǎn)品在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力與客戶滿意度。同時(shí),負(fù)責(zé)優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品性能、市場(chǎng)調(diào)研以及反饋需求,為產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)提供支持。 主要職責(zé): 1、 技術(shù)支持 (1) 為銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)和終端客戶提供售前、售中、售后的技術(shù)支持。 (2) 解答海外客戶的技術(shù)咨詢、處理技術(shù)問(wèn)題、產(chǎn)品建議和投訴。 (3) 記錄技術(shù)問(wèn)題及故障品的維修情況,保證信息完整準(zhǔn)確。 2、 項(xiàng)目管理 (1) 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目配置與報(bào)備,防止項(xiàng)目沖突并確保各項(xiàng)工作順利進(jìn)行。 (2) 跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)品升級(jí)更改和新產(chǎn)品的推介。 (3) 市場(chǎng)調(diào)研與產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化 (4) 分析同行產(chǎn)品,提出競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足。 (5) 提出產(chǎn)品改良意見,并為新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)提供建議。 3、 技術(shù)文檔與客戶培訓(xùn) (1) 編制并更新產(chǎn)品技術(shù)資料,包括說(shuō)明書、數(shù)據(jù)表、操作手冊(cè)等。 (2) 為客戶提供技術(shù)培訓(xùn),確保產(chǎn)品正確使用。 (3) 整理并提供非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品需求和認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品的列名資料。 4、 反饋與改進(jìn) (1) 搜集客戶反饋信息,進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)分析。 (2) 對(duì)海外市場(chǎng)的需求進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,提出相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)建議。 任職資格: (1) 本科及以上學(xué)歷,工科類專業(yè)背景。 (2) 英語(yǔ)CET-6或同等水平,具備良好的英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力。 (3) 具備消防產(chǎn)品和系統(tǒng)調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉相關(guān)技術(shù)理論和操作流程。 (4) 熟練掌握計(jì)算機(jī)軟件及維修工具,能夠進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的調(diào)試與維護(hù)。 (5) 具有較強(qiáng)的技術(shù)問(wèn)題解決能力,并能與客戶和內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行有效溝通。 (6) 能適應(yīng)海外出差,熟悉海外消防報(bào)警行業(yè)者優(yōu)先考慮。 工作環(huán)境: (1) 辦公室和海外項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)相結(jié)合。 (2) 需適應(yīng)頻繁的海外出差,具備獨(dú)立處理項(xiàng)目調(diào)試的能力。 英語(yǔ)作為工作語(yǔ)言 Job Responsibilities: 1.Technical Support:Deliver pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales technical support to the sales team and end customers.Address technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and handle product suggestions and complaints from overseas clients.Accurately document technical issues and repairs of faulty products. 2.Project Management:Manage project configuration and registration to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth execution.Follow up on product upgrades, modifications, and new product introductions.Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify competitive advantages and shortcomings.Provide recommendations for product improvements and support new product development. 3.Technical Documentation & Customer Training:Develop and update product technical materials, including manuals, datasheets, and operating guides.Conduct technical training for customers to ensure proper product usage.Compile and provide documentation for non-standard product requirements and certified product listings. 4.Feedback & Improvement:Gather customer feedback and perform market analysis. Analyze overseas market demands and propose actionable product enhancement strategies. Candidate Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field. 2.CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. 3.Hands-on experience in fire protection products and system commissioning, with familiarity of relevant technical theories and procedures. 4.Proficient in computer software and maintenance tools; capable of product debugging and maintenance. Work Environment: 1.Combination of office-based work and on-site support at overseas project locations. Must adapt to frequent international travel and work independently on project commissioning tasks.
