崗位職責(zé): 1、市場(chǎng)拓展:開(kāi)拓海外市場(chǎng),發(fā)展當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)銷商、分銷渠道; 2、渠道管理:建立和維護(hù)海外渠道體系,落實(shí)合作策略與激勵(lì)政策; 3、客戶管理:負(fù)責(zé)關(guān)鍵渠道客戶的關(guān)系維護(hù)與溝通,確保合作穩(wěn)定性; 4、市場(chǎng)調(diào)研:收集所在區(qū)域市場(chǎng)信息、競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài),反饋總部; 5、銷售支持:協(xié)助代理完成銷售目標(biāo)、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)、銷售支持等; 6、展會(huì)/拜訪:參與國(guó)際展會(huì)、海外拜訪等對(duì)外商務(wù)活動(dòng); 7、合同談判:參與商務(wù)談判、合同簽署及商務(wù)條款制定。 任職要求: 1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,國(guó)際貿(mào)易、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、外語(yǔ)類優(yōu)先; 2、2 年以上海外渠道拓展經(jīng)驗(yàn); 3、英語(yǔ)或小語(yǔ)種(如阿語(yǔ)、西語(yǔ)、法語(yǔ))溝通流利,能獨(dú)立參與海外會(huì)議; 4、熟悉國(guó)際貿(mào)易流程,具備跨文化溝通能力; 5、有新能源充電樁或智能安全領(lǐng)域海外客戶資源者優(yōu)先; 6、性格外向,抗壓強(qiáng),有較強(qiáng)談判能力與自驅(qū)力。 Job Responsibilities: 1.Spearhead the development of overseas markets by identifying and establishing partnerships with local distributors and sales channels. 2.Build and maintain a robust overseas channel system, ensuring effective implementation of cooperation strategies and incentive programs. 3.Cultivate and manage relationships with key channel clients to foster long-term, stable collaborations. 4.Conduct ongoing market research to gather intelligence on regional trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to headquarters. 5.Provide comprehensive sales support to agents, including assistance in achieving targets, technical training, and promotional support. 6.Represent the company at international trade shows and conduct overseas visits to enhance business development efforts. 7.Lead and participate in business negotiations, contract finalization, and the development of commercial terms. Candidate Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Foreign Languages, or a related field. 2.At least 2 years of experience in overseas channel development and management. 3.Proficiency in English or another language (e.g., Arabic, Spanish, French); must be capable of independently engaging in overseas meetings and negotiations. 4.Solid understanding of international trade practices and strong cross-cultural communication skills. 5.Prior experience or existing customer networks in the new energy charging infrastructure or smart security sectors is highly preferred. Salary and Benefits: 1.Monthly salary: RMB 10,000 – 25,000 (commensurate with experience) + commission 2.Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview process.
