We are seeking a highly strategic and business-savvy Social Media Operations Manager to lead our prescription drug-focused social media initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of social media dynamics, content generation for KOLs/KOCs, and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical rigor to drive engagement while ensuring brand integrity and adherence to industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. 社交媒體策略與執(zhí)行
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
● 制定并實(shí)施基于數(shù)據(jù)的社交媒體策略,針對(duì)處方藥受眾(患者/HCPs)覆蓋多平臺(tái)(如抖音、小紅書、微博、微信、專業(yè)醫(yī)療論壇)。
● 主導(dǎo)KOL/KOC合作:識(shí)別、簽約并管理與醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域影響者的合作,共同創(chuàng)作合規(guī)、教育性強(qiáng)且具有吸引力的內(nèi)容。
● 監(jiān)督內(nèi)容/話題策劃,確保符合醫(yī)學(xué)、法律和合規(guī)(MLR)審核流程。
● 基于對(duì)各平臺(tái)邏輯、算法、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)的理解,優(yōu)化平臺(tái)專屬運(yùn)營策略(如短視頻 vs. 長(zhǎng)圖文)。
● Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies tailored to prescription drug audiences (patients/HCPs) across platforms (e.g., Douyin, Rednote, Weibo, WeChat, and professional forums).
● Lead KOL/KOC collaboration: Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with healthcare influencers to co-create compliant, educational, and engaging content.
● Oversee content/topic generation, ensuring alignment with medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes.
● Optimize platform-specific approaches by leveraging knowledge of each platform’s logic, algorithms, advantages, and limitations (e.g., short-video vs. long-form content).

● 將復(fù)雜的醫(yī)學(xué)信息轉(zhuǎn)化為易懂、患者友好的內(nèi)容,同時(shí)保證準(zhǔn)確性。
● 監(jiān)測(cè)行業(yè)趨勢(shì)和競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài),識(shí)別機(jī)會(huì)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
● Navigate strict pharmaceutical advertising regulations (e.g., China’s Drug Administration Law, clinical guidelines) to ensure all content meets compliance standards. Strictly adhere to company regulations to ensure zero compliance incidents.
● Translate complex medical information into accessible, patient-friendly content without compromising accuracy.
● Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

● 設(shè)定KPI(觸達(dá)、瀏覽、互動(dòng)等)并定期分析數(shù)據(jù)以優(yōu)化策略。
● 跨團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作(醫(yī)學(xué)事務(wù)、合規(guī)法務(wù)、企業(yè)溝通、BU等),確保社交媒體目標(biāo)與業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)一致。
● 快速應(yīng)對(duì)危機(jī)或錯(cuò)誤信息。
● Define KPIs (Reach, view, interaction, etc.) and regularly analyze performance to refine strategies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Compliance & Legal, Communication, etc.) to align social media efforts with business goals.
● Manage crises or misinformation swiftly.

● Adapt strategies based on platform updates, regulatory changes, or shifts in patient/HCP behavior.
任職要求
Qualifications
● 經(jīng)驗(yàn): 3年以上社交媒體運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn),醫(yī)藥/醫(yī)療行業(yè)或強(qiáng)監(jiān)管領(lǐng)域優(yōu)先。
● 具備KOL/KOC管理及醫(yī)療健康內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● 熟悉處方藥商業(yè)模式(如電商、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)院等)。
● 技能:
● 精通國內(nèi)外社交媒體生態(tài)(如微信、抖音等)。
● 較強(qiáng)的商業(yè)意識(shí),能平衡教育目標(biāo)與商業(yè)需求。
● 熟練使用分析工具及合規(guī)流程。
● 品質(zhì):

● Experience: 3+ years in social media operations, preferably in healthcare/pharmaceuticals or highly regulated industries.
● Proven track record in KOL/KOC management and content creation for medical/health topics.
● Familiarity with prescription drug business models (e.g., EC, internet HP, etc.).
● Skills:
● Deep understanding of social media ecosystems (China + global platforms).
● Strong business sense; ability to balance educational goals with commercial objectives.
● Fluent in analytics tools and compliance workflows.
● Mindset:
