Support CFSW current production products 支持康明斯燃油系統(tǒng)(武漢)有限公司現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品
Create and track schedules of VPCR projects, validation tasks and deliverables 創(chuàng)建并跟蹤產(chǎn)品變更項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,完成相應(yīng)驗(yàn)證任務(wù)及交付
Source approval for localization 國(guó)產(chǎn)化工作的貨源發(fā)放
Propose new ides to make "design led cost reduction" and finish the design work 建議新的設(shè)計(jì)方案從而降低成本,并且完成設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)
Submit EJR(engineering job request) to create/revise drawings 提交EJR來(lái)創(chuàng)建/修改圖紙
BOM/drawing management BOM/圖紙管理
Work on quality improvement at CFSW 管理康明斯燃油系統(tǒng)(武漢)有限公司的質(zhì)量改進(jìn) -Conduct failure analysis using 7-step and FTA processes 使用七步法以及故障樹進(jìn)行失效分析 -Support PIC/BIS/PQC related quality issues 支持PIC/BIS/PQC相關(guān)質(zhì)量問題 -Communicate quality improvement updates to customers 和客戶溝通質(zhì)量改進(jìn)進(jìn)展
Communicate ongoing work at CFSW with cross-function teams and communicate ongoing work at all CFS facilities related to current products和內(nèi)部多功能團(tuán)隊(duì)以及康明斯燃油系統(tǒng)全球其它工廠溝通現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品工作進(jìn)展
Requirement: 崗位要求:
Bachelor or Master degree, major in Mechanical engineering (engine/vehicle preferred). 本科或碩士學(xué)歷,機(jī)械類專業(yè)碩士學(xué)歷(發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)/車輛更好)
Familiar with engineering problem solving processes 熟悉問題解決流程
Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, DVA,Design Reveiw 有DFMEA,DVP&R, DVA,以及設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Skill of mechanical, material, structural knowledge and data analysis機(jī)械、材料、結(jié)構(gòu)知識(shí)和數(shù)據(jù)分析技能
Proficient in English (written and oral) and can communicate with English speakers from different countries 能有效地使用英語(yǔ)(書面/口語(yǔ))和不同區(qū)域的人員進(jìn)行英語(yǔ)溝通
