高級(jí)精益顧問，地點(diǎn)：北京
您的職責(zé)：
開發(fā)概念以最大限度地提高客戶工廠的制造流程效率。
將精益生產(chǎn)方法/理念應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)有和未來的制造工廠。
就精益生產(chǎn)的各個(gè)方面開展客戶培訓(xùn)。
與客戶一起指導(dǎo)和推廣精益理念。
理解和集成客戶特定的要求。
準(zhǔn)備并向客戶展示狀態(tài)和結(jié)果。
按照英見質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)。
有六西格瑪黑帶和VDA 6.3審核經(jīng)驗(yàn)和證書優(yōu)先考慮。
任職要求：
工業(yè)工程、機(jī)械工程或制造技術(shù)學(xué)位或碩士學(xué)位，并在我們的目標(biāo)行業(yè)（如汽車，航空航天或機(jī)械設(shè)備）有5年的制造業(yè)專業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
在汽車制造商和/或系統(tǒng)和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)制造商的工藝規(guī)劃和效率改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
在國際制造公司的精益生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
有工業(yè)應(yīng)用的計(jì)劃流程和時(shí)間管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，加上在REFA和MTM方法方面的深厚知識(shí)者優(yōu)先。
優(yōu)秀的溝通和表達(dá)能力，包括快速理解和積極傾聽，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
能夠在復(fù)雜的項(xiàng)目任務(wù)中獨(dú)立與客戶合作，以及在國際項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)中工作。
商務(wù)英語和普通話流利的書面和口頭表達(dá)（懂其他語言，尤其是德語者優(yōu)先）。
駐北京，接受長期項(xiàng)目商務(wù)出差。

To further expand our team in China, we are looking for a
Senior Lean Consultant
Location: Beijing
Are you ready for the transformation that creates success? Then become a driving force and a pioneer in our team and help us develop innovative solutions for our clients!
We can count on you here:
?Developing concepts to maximize the efficiency of manufacturing processes at Customer Plants.
?Applying Lean Production methods/philosophies to existing and future manufacturing plants.
?Conducting Customer Trainings on all aspects of Lean Production.
?Coaching and promoting the Lean Philosophy with our Customers.
?Understanding and integrating Customer specific requirements.
?Preparing and presenting status and results to Customers.
?Achieving the project targets in line with Ingenics Quality Standards.
?6 Sigma Black Belt and VDA 6.3 audit experience and certificate are preferred.
This is how you convince us:
?Degree or Masters in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Technology complemented by 5 years of professional relevant working experience in manufacturing in our target industries such as Automotive, Aerospace or Machinery Equipment.
?Experience in process planning and efficiency improvement projects for automotive manufacturers and/or system and engine builders.
?Hands on experience of Lean Production in international manufacturing companies.
?Experience in the planning process and time management for industrial applications, plus deep founded knowledge in REFA and MTM methods is a plus.
?Excellent communication and presentation skills, including quick understanding and active listening, good team player.
?Ability to work independently with customers in complex project tasks as well as working in international project teams.
?Business fluent written & spoken Mandarin and English (knowledge of further languages especially German would be advantageous).
?Based in Beijing Office. Willingness for business travel over longer project durations to various client location in China is required.
