職位描述：
1 在資深建筑師的指導下，按照公司規(guī)定的設計流程和質量要求，制定方案設計計劃，獨立負責完成項目方案設計、深化、優(yōu)化與把控，以及方案報審的配合工作。
Developing a design scheme in accordance with the design process and quality requirements stipulated by the company under the guidance of a senior architect; independently do the scheme design, deepening, optimization and control of the project, as well as the coordination of the scheme submission.
2 參與項目方案階段的溝通與匯報，能對單項設計進行匯報，施工配合階段的效果控制。
Participate in the communication and reporting of the scheme phase of the project, able to report on individual designs and control the effects of the construction tie-in phase.
3 有效管理時間，確保項目圖紙深度達到要求、設計成果符合行業(yè)和部門內部質量管理體系及國內設計規(guī)范。
Manage time effectively to ensure that project drawings are to the required depth and that design deliverables are in accordance with industry and departmental internal quality management systems and domestic design specifications.
4 協(xié)助其他建筑師解決項目技術相關問題。
Assist other architects with related technical issues of projects. Collaborate with the team in developing technical design solutions.
5 配合資深設計師對項目資料進行整理、歸檔。
Work with senior designers to collate and file project information.
6 完成董事和副董事安排的其他工作。
To perform other duties as assigned by the Directors and Deputy Directors.
任職要求Job requirements：
1 建筑學相關專業(yè)，本科及以上學歷；
Major in architecture, bachelor degree or above;
2 3-5年建筑方案設計工作經驗, 有知名建筑事務所或知名大型設計院工作經驗者優(yōu)先；
3-5 years of work experience in architectural scheme design; work experience in well-known architectural firms or well-known large design institutes is preferred;
3 有志于商業(yè)方向發(fā)展；有參與設計大型項目的經驗；
Aspiring to develop in commercial design; have experience in participating in the design of large-scale projects;
4 熟悉相關設計規(guī)范、精通AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、D5、Rhino、AI等設計繪圖軟件；
Familiar with relevant design specifications, proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, D5, Rhino, AI and other design drawing software;
5 具備較強的溝通協(xié)調能力；具備強烈的責任心和良好的團隊合作精神；
Strong communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.
