Assistant Store Manager – Shanghai

The Position: Assistant Store Manager – Shanghai
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the General Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Shanghai flagship store. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining visual and operational standards, and ensuring a smooth and structured working environment for the team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and thrives in a structured retail environment. You are a strong communicator and enjoy building culture and stability in a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
? Support daily store operations: scheduling, team routines, inventory, and maintenance
? Act as floor manager to ensure a consistent and premium customer experience, create a friendly and welcoming environment for the visitors
? Assist with onboarding, training, and performance follow-up of store staff
? Help coordinate internal store communication and administrative tasks
? Support product flow, visual merchandising, and in-store presentation
? Maintain a high level of team morale, energy, and service during shifts
? Be present and available on the shop floor during peak hours
? Assist in the planning and delivery of weekly rides and events
? Step in as acting Store Manager when needed

Qualifications:
? 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership or coordinator role
? Strong communication and organizational skills
? Fluency in Mandarin; English proficiency preferred
? Energetic, positive, and always ready to take initiative.
? Interest in cycling, fashion, or lifestyle retail is a strong plus
? Self-motivated, dependable, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
? Willingness to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
? 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership or coordinator role
