Brief description of service :
? Work with Nutrition category teams to translate strategic ideas and initiatives to
understand short- and long-term financial impact on nutrition including AOP
topline, monthly business review, etc.,
? Work with Commercial and Revenue Management teams to understand potential financial
impact of NRR initiatives to meet our short- and medium-term financial targets
for nutrition category
? Work with commercial and supply chain teams to management nutrition portfolio through supporting innovation, channel out and TPO process
?Support both Snack and Nutrition category IPAR P&L calculation and management
? Work with Trade Marketing team on annual CNY pack plan and CNY review
?Manage finance planning team’s master file
Skills and qualifications required :
? Strong understanding of the business and operations
?Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L and underlying key
business drivers
?Highly analytical mindset and ability to drive insight through financial and
performance analysis
?Strong communication skills – both oral and written (PPT)
?Fluency in English and Chinese
?Strong communicator in both English and Chinese
?Highly analytical and ability to analyze and distil large amounts of data to
provide strategic insight using analytical skills and judgement
?Highly motivated to learn and develop and learn new skills (e.g., digital
skills)
?Strong teamwork and ability to work with others
