主要職責(zé):Primary Responsibilities:
?To handle customer claims for Weihai factory and other BUs as well.
?To perform on-stie service, investigate customer issues and provide solutions at customer site.
?In-house repair, coordinate with order dept. operations, and sales when necessary.
?Dominate and track after-market issues, from receiving claims to closing them, continuously follow up and coordinate necessary departments to get involved.
?On-site repair, coordinate with end user, partner and sales when necessary.
?On-site installation, commissioning support on request.
?Provide pump training and technical support to business partners and end users.
?To write in-house repair report, or site repair report, or site service report, or customer visit report when job is done.
?To record all information, data, reports.
?To write service instruction when required.
?To participate in aftermarket strategy initiatives when required.
?To support production work when required.
?Other works assigned by manager.
基本要求 / Qualifications Required:
?Has 5 years above hands on experience on aftermarket service.
?Be familiar with pumps, valves, or relevant equipment.
?Has the experience with equipment parts, configuration and BOM structure.
?Be able to understand the sectional view/explosion diagram/schematic diagram of the product.
?Be able to understand the dimension drawings of components and parts and be clear about the specific contents of each annotation
?Be familiar with necessary professional tools like service portal, CRM, SAP, etc.
?Generic computer Skills: MS Office suite, outlook, etc.
?Willing to do physical work in tough environment and willing to travel frequently.
?Proficient in using various hand tools and some commonly used mechanical inspection tools/measuring instruments, etc.
