職位概述/Position Summary：
-質(zhì)檢員負責確保泵類產(chǎn)品（零件、組件、成品）的尺寸、幾何精度及質(zhì)量符合技術規(guī)范（如藍圖、公差標準），涵蓋從原材料入廠到成品出廠的全流程檢驗。The -Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that the dimensional and geometric accuracy and quality of pump products (parts, assemblies, finished products) conform to technical specifications (e.g., blueprints, tolerance standards), covering the entire process of inspection from raw material entry to finished products leaving the factory.
主要職責/Principal Activities
1、 執(zhí)行多種復雜檢驗任務，涵蓋接收、在制、成品及裝配的各類尺寸、類型和品種的零件和泵。 Perform a variety of complex inspection tasks covering parts and pumps of all sizes, types and varieties received, in-process, finished and assembled.
2、對泵零件進行高精度和復雜幾何尺寸測量，發(fā)現(xiàn)并記錄超差情況。根據(jù)需要，針對新產(chǎn)品或改進產(chǎn)品提出測量方法和流程的新思路。 Performs high precision and complex geometric measurements on pump parts, identifying and documenting out-of-tolerance conditions. Propose new ideas for measurement methods and processes for new or improved products as required.
3、按要求對在制品、首件或成品進行檢驗，完成所有必要的尺寸測量并確保符合公差要求，核實所有加工和檢驗流程已完成并記錄。決定接受、拒收或暫扣物品。Performs inspections of in-process, first article or finished product as required, completes all necessary dimensional measurements and ensures compliance with tolerances, verifies that all machining and inspection processes have been completed and documented. Determines acceptance, rejection or suspension of items.
4、對可通過常規(guī)量具檢測的屬性進行最終檢驗，提出流程改進建議并啟動糾正措施。 Performs final inspection of attributes that can be tested by conventional gauges, recommends process improvements and initiates corrective action.
5、編制與檢驗/測試相關的各類報告，記錄物品的接受或拒收情況，并根據(jù)既定質(zhì)量程序提出處理建議。Prepares various reports related to inspection/testing, documents acceptance or rejection of items and makes recommendations for disposition in accordance with established quality procedures.
6、在適用情況下，同時執(zhí)行多項無損檢測任務（具體由主管決定）。Performs multiple NDT tasks simultaneously when applicable (as determined by
supervisor).
7、依據(jù)藍圖、圖紙、工單、采購單或其他信息數(shù)據(jù)，檢驗各種粗加工、半精加工和精加工零件、組件及總成，確保符合嚴格公差要求。進行劃線操作，完成所有檢驗準備工作，檢查表面、角度、圓弧、孔、軸、槽等特征以及外觀是否符合規(guī)范。Inspects a variety of rough, semi-finished, and finished parts, components, and assemblies based on blueprints, drawings, work orders, purchase orders, or other informational data to ensure compliance with tight tolerances. Performs scribing operations, completes all inspection preparations, and inspects surfaces, angles, arcs, holes, shafts, slots, and other features, as well as appearance, for conformance to specifications.
8、操作CMM（三坐標測量機）、編寫檢測程序，校準量具。Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), prepare inspection programs, and calibrate gauges.
9、接收進廠鑄件，核對裝箱單、采購單以確保規(guī)格、名稱、數(shù)量、證書等無誤。記錄明顯缺陷或材料損壞并通知相關人員。按要求進行標識標記，填寫所有必要的接收文件，將工單與任務匹配并分揀工藝路線表。確認證書有效性，在每日清單中記錄收貨信息并錄入系統(tǒng)，釋放訂單。維護接收記錄和檔案。 Receive incoming castings, check packing lists and purchase orders to ensure that specifications, names, quantities, certificates, etc. are correct. Record obvious defects or material damage and notify appropriate personnel. Performs identification marking as required, completes all necessary receiving documentation, matches work orders to tasks and sorts process route sheets. Verify validity of certificates, record receiving information in daily manifest and enter into system to release orders. Maintain receiving records and files.
