職位內(nèi)容 1. Production operation: 生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng) ? Operate all kinds of Bev / Food pilot equipment 各種食品飲料設(shè)備的操作 ? Make trial products based on guidance provided by Product / Process development team 按照產(chǎn)品/工藝研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的要求生產(chǎn)樣品 ? Complete all daily GMP tasks including equipment CIP 完成日常的GMP和設(shè)備CIP清洗 ? Record keeping for operations 生產(chǎn)記錄 2. Safety awareness: 安全意識(shí) ? Strictly operate the equipment according to the SOP 嚴(yán)格按照SOP操作生產(chǎn)設(shè)備 ? Implement all safety program in production / warehouse area 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全規(guī)定 3. Quality and food safety: 質(zhì)量和食品安全 ? Assist to implement and improve pilot plant quality system 執(zhí)行試驗(yàn)工廠的質(zhì)量體系 ? Follow all the requirements of quality system 遵循所有產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量體系的要求 4. Warehouse operation 倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理 ? Warehouse management, keep good GMP condition in warehouse倉(cāng)庫(kù)的日常管理并保持倉(cāng)庫(kù)的良好GMP ? Goods receiving / delivering and recording 貨物的出入庫(kù)并記錄 ? Inventory check 庫(kù)存檢查核對(duì) 5. Equipment maintenance 設(shè)備維護(hù) ? conduct daily maintenance as guided by maintenance engineer or vendor 協(xié)助供應(yīng)商或維護(hù)工程對(duì)設(shè)備的日常維護(hù) ? Assist maintenance engineer or equipment vendor to conduct equipment preventive maintenance and troubleshooting 協(xié)助供應(yīng)商或維護(hù)工程對(duì)設(shè)備的預(yù)防性維護(hù) 任職要求 ? Graduated from technical second school or above majoring in food engineering / processing ? Familiar with food or beverage processing / filling equipment operation ? Able to communicate clearly with manager/peers from various functions ? 1-2 years of working experience in food or beverage manufacturing plant is preferred
