崗位職責: The system administrator is responsible for all aspects of Wintel and Linux servers and storage systems in IBCN, to ensure the stability of the production environment; evaluate potential solutions; demonstrate, implement and commission selected products. 系統(tǒng)管理員負責IBCN內Wintel和Linux服務器及存儲系統(tǒng)的各個方面,保證生產環(huán)境的穩(wěn)定性; 評估潛在的解決方案; 演示、實施和調試選定的產品。 1. Provide level 1 support for all Wintel and Linux servers. 2. Provide server administration including hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, operating system configuration and security, backup and recovery, monitoring, performance and tuning. 3. Perform tasks on creation, maintenance and execution of high availability and disaster recovery and proposals of alternative Wintel/Linux architectures and solutions. 4. Develop an understanding of the business systems and their associated server requirements 5. Lead/Participate in projects starting from the technical evaluations initiation phase to determine impact on existing systems, provide inputs on risks, performance, and optimization. 6. Implement good planning and resource forecasting techniques. 7. Work with Group SA to adopt best practices and standard. 8. Guarantee server recoverability by managing the scheduling of system backups and data archive operations in conjunction with Data Centre Operations.
任職要求: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Wintel/Linux infrastructure in an enterprise environment. 2. As required by the Chinese regulator CSRC, the role holder must pass the securities industry qualification exam (the exam is in Chinese only). 3. Good knowledge of Active Directory, MOM/SCOM, NIS, Zoning and other Wintel/Linux technologies 4. Good knowledge of server installation, security management, backup and recovery, capacity and performance management, replication, troubleshooting 5. Ability to automate tasks with scripting. Personal Skills & Qualities 1. Able to respond to regulatory and exchange inquiries and communications. 2. Able to prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical environment. 3. Effectively co-ordinate delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teams. 4. Strong customer focus. 5. Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders. 6. Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. 9. Experience on data center operations preferred. 10. Experience of working with vendor and regional team preferred. 11.
