崗位職責(zé):
-Lead agile scums for the development of the Global Integrated Reporting (GIR) Insurance systems, namely the Contractual Service Margin (CSM), Market Condition Update (MCU) and Visualisation, Planning & Forecasting (VPF) solutions.
-Monitors project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project.
-Support the interaction with entities and other stakeholder to support development and implement change.
-Run Change Request Forums for the GIR systems, taking input from users and facilitating discussion with developers.
-Create implementation task for each of the changes in the release from respective technical teams.
-Supports regular updates to obtain buy-in from key project stakeholders for all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements.
-Produce Management Information (MI) on progress against planned developments, reporting run-book status and testing execution performed.
任職要求:
-University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications.
-Knowledge of insurance businesses and financial reporting change.
-Proven experience of delivering change using agile techniques and tools e.g. Confluence and Jira.
-Strong technical skills to produce MI using standard office software e.g. Excel, PowerPoint.
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively with others, both within the team and across other parties
-Previous experience of managing financial change and operations management to deliver positive business outcomes.
-Ability to work efficiently and deliver against agreed deadlines.
-Planning and Organization skills.
