We are seeking an individual with a strong network, outgoing personality, excellent organizational skills, and a flair for entrepreneurship, sales, and marketing. You should be able to collaborate effectively with a lively team to promote and sell our short courses, creating competitive advantages for our Art Centre in the art education market industry.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the education sector, particularly in student recruitment and marketing, and a keen understanding and interest in the creative industry. You will be responsible for representing the company's brand and devising strategies to enhance product awareness through market analysis, competitor evaluation, and industry trend monitoring.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop annual sales plans and goals to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
2. Develop annual expenditure budgets, analyze and manage expenditure costs.
3. Understand consumer needs, identify market trends, and develop marketing and promotional plans and strategies to achieve project sales goals.
4. Work closely with our team and designers to maintain the creative visual image of the brand and projects. Create eye-catching advertisements, social media content, and promotional materials.
5. Collect, analyze, and summarize market data and trends, and complete monthly and annual market reports.
6. Expand and maintain marketing connections, understand project market demands, discover new marketing opportunities, establish relationships with clients and connections, complete proposals, and achieve sales targets.
7. Familiar with current trends in the art education industry, evaluate the effectiveness of existing promotional activities and advertisements, and ensure a positive return on investment.
任職要求：

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
2. 3-5 years of marketing or sales experience in the art education sector.
3. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills, including data analysis and the ability to write market reports and proposals.
4. Proactive, self-motivated, and genuinely interested in supporting and advancing BACA Art Centre's development and external affairs activities.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
6. Must have legal qualifications to work in China.
