Position Summary 職位描述:
The Material Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and
ensuring the effective coordination of global material inventory, repair
progress management, and local delivery of materials. This role includes
coordinating the delivery and repair schedules of parts, managing the local
inventory, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to meet operational
requirements. The Material Coordinator will also work to optimize coordination among
parties to improve efficiency and support the company’s operational goals.

Job Requirements職位要求:
The Material Coordinator position requires
direct interaction with multiple parties, including customers, suppliers, and
internal teams with implementation of SAP system. Candidates must have
experience in logistics or supply chain management and be comfortable working
in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, organizational
abilities, and an understanding of inventory and repair processes are
essential. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate
efficiently between global and local teams is crucial.

Principal Duties &
Responsibilities主要職責(zé)與責(zé)任:
1. Global Material Coordination: Coordinate
with global warehouses to ensure the availability of materials needed for local
operations. Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory is adequate to meet
operational needs. Support demands from other regions globally.
全球航材協(xié)調(diào):監(jiān)督航材交付相關(guān)的日常操作,確保服務(wù)及時(shí)且高效。全面負(fù)責(zé)航材交付的責(zé)任。支持全球其他地區(qū)的航材需求。
2. Repair and Overhaul Progress Coordination: Manage the
repair schedules of materials sent for overhaul or repair. Ensure timely
updates and effective communication with both suppliers and internal stakeholders
regarding repair progress.
航材送修及大修進(jìn)度協(xié)調(diào):管理送修或大修航材的進(jìn)度。確保與供應(yīng)商及內(nèi)部相關(guān)方的溝通順暢,及時(shí)更新修理進(jìn)展。
3. Local Material Delivery Management: Oversee
delivery of materials orders, ensuring that all shipments are completed
accurately and on schedule. Work with suppliers, Italy HQ material Department
and Chinese contract teams to resolve delivery issues.
本地航材交付管理:監(jiān)督航材訂單的交付,確保所有貨物的準(zhǔn)確和按時(shí)交付。與供應(yīng)商,意大利總部物料部門和中國合同管理團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,解決交付問題。
4. Local Inventory Management: Manage local
inventory to ensure efficient and quality of delivery. Conduct regular reviews
of stock levels and work to optimize workflow to reduce costs and improve
service efficiency.

5. General Daily Coordination: Act as the
point of contact between different parties, including internal departments,
suppliers, and customers, to ensure smooth coordination of material management
activities.

Requested Education and Experience Background教育背景和經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in logistics,
supply chain management, or a related field. A minimum of two years of relevant
work experience is required. Experience in customer service or after-sales
support in related industries is preferred.

Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal
skills, be a quick learner, and be capable of handling multiple tasks
simultaneously. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, and
proficiency in English and SAP are highly advantageous. Candidates must be
willing to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
