Responsibilities:

○Involved in Grammer Production System (GPS) knowledge training and Lean Culture establishment;

○Responsible for GPS Mandatories clause audit and able to help the responsible departments to improve no-passed items and achieve HQ’s KPI requirement;
負(fù)責(zé)GPS強(qiáng)制條款內(nèi)審，針對(duì)不合格項(xiàng)，能夠協(xié)助各責(zé)任部門(mén)改善，并達(dá)成年度總部目標(biāo)要求；
○Plant yearly cost reduction program management (P0): continuously follow the program status and combining with the KPIs, and be able to provide effective and corrective actions for any deviation;
工廠年度降本項(xiàng)目（P0）管理：持續(xù)跟蹤各項(xiàng)目最新進(jìn)展?fàn)顩r，結(jié)合KPI指標(biāo)要求，針對(duì)異常項(xiàng)目，提供有效的糾正措施；
○Plant kaizen workshop management: continuously keep tracking of the program status, in view of kaizen difficulties, be able to provide necessary support by using lean tools;
工廠級(jí)重大改善項(xiàng)目管理：持續(xù)跟蹤各改善項(xiàng)目的完成進(jìn)度，針對(duì)改善難點(diǎn)，能夠借助精益工具提供必要的技術(shù)支持；
○B(yǎng)y virtue of value stream mapping, shop floor observation and KPI decomposition and other tools, able to identify any improvement opportunities and be responsible for kaizen program setting up and implementation;
借助價(jià)值流分析、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察、KPI分解等方法，識(shí)別改善機(jī)會(huì)（如七大浪費(fèi)等），立項(xiàng)并推進(jìn)改善項(xiàng)目實(shí)施；
○Involved in plant 5S implementation;
負(fù)責(zé)工廠5S推行；
○Other assigned tasks by superior.

Job Specification / required skills:
工作要求：
Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Logistics Engineering;
本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程、工業(yè)工程或物流工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景；
At least 3 years working experience at automotive or manufacturing industry;
至少3年以上在汽車(chē)或制造行業(yè)的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Be familiar with VSM, Kanban, 5S, SMED, TPM, and be able to using these tools for lean improvement;
熟悉運(yùn)用價(jià)值流圖、看板、5S、SMED及TPM等精益工具實(shí)施精益改善；
Experience in logistics planning and cell layout design;
物流規(guī)劃及產(chǎn)線cell布局設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Be good at Auto CAD Knowledge;
熟練使用AutoCAD軟件；
Be good in spoken and written English;
良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力；
Six sigma knowledge are preferred;
六西格瑪相關(guān)知識(shí)更佳；
Able to work under pressure;

Excellent communication and inter-personal skill;
