【Function】:Structure Trade Commodity Finance 【Job Description】: 1) Provide business support to RMs; 2) Assist in customer due diligence, such as public data collection & translation as well as other internal support; 3) Follow up on account opening documents, facility documents and other credit documents; 4) Work closely with internal departments, including but not limited to International Trade and Remittance Operations Center, Credit Approval Department etc. on a regular basis to ensure high quality services are provided to customers; 5) Support RM for communication & collaboration with UOB's overseas organizations (e.g. UOB Hong Kong, UOB Singapore) to ensure high quality services to clients; 6) Provide follow-up to assignments given by senior managers, generate tracking / status report on regular basis; 7) Prepare and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents as necessary; 8) Responsible for all administrative duties and MIS work as assigned; 9) Coordinate office activities and schedules, ensure smooth office operations; 10) Draft or prepare various documents and presentations by using proper applications; 11) Complete any other ad-hoc activities as assigned by line manager. 【Job Requirements】: 1) Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/International Trade with relevant experience. 2) Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (written & spoken). 3) Good communications, interpersonal skills. 4)Ability to work under tight deadlines. 5)Team player. 6)Keen to learn.
