解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題。
持續(xù)改進(jìn)車(chē)間。
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)領(lǐng)班和操作工進(jìn)行相關(guān)文件的培訓(xùn)。
制作相關(guān)文件并登記，分發(fā)到相關(guān)部門(mén)。
在電腦和機(jī)器中管理文件和儲(chǔ)存注射設(shè)定卡。
確定各零件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作時(shí)間和主要參數(shù)。
正確填寫(xiě)相關(guān)工作記錄，按時(shí)提交報(bào)告。
部門(mén)日常工作(如員工出勤，辦公用品)
按時(shí)完成IE經(jīng)理交辦的工作任務(wù)。
制定工作計(jì)劃，填寫(xiě)或更新技術(shù)資料。
優(yōu)化PFMEA, FC和工藝布局，確保生產(chǎn)按時(shí)進(jìn)行。
制定返工作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)。
制定新項(xiàng)目WI和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作時(shí)間。
Problem solving related to production process.
Continuously improvement in work shop.
Responsible for training shift leader and operators about related documents.
Make related documents and register 、distribute documents to related dept.
Management documents and store injection setting card in computer and machine.
Define standard work time and main parameter for each part.
Fill in related work record correctly and submit report on time.
Daily work for dept. (e.g. employee attendance, office supplies)
Complete work tasks assigned by IE Manager on time.
Make working plan and fill out or update technical data.
Optimize PFMEA, FC and process layout for production on time.
Make rework WI and standard work time.
Make new project WI and standard work time.
