1. 市場開發(fā)與客戶拓展 (Market Development & Client Expansion)
o 制定區(qū)域市場策略,通過國際展會(如石油天然氣展)、線上平臺和代理商網(wǎng)絡(luò)開發(fā)新客戶,達成年度銷售目標。
o 主導(dǎo)報價,商務(wù)談判,簽訂銷售合同,并跟蹤訂單執(zhí)行(生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)、物流安排)。
o 收集競爭對手信息,分析行業(yè)趨勢,定期提交市場報告。
2. 客戶關(guān)系與訂單管理 (Client Relationship & Order Management)
o 維護戰(zhàn)略客戶關(guān)系,處理投訴及售后服務(wù),確??蛻魸M意度。
o 管理應(yīng)收賬款,保障貨款及時回收,避免壞賬風險。
o 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團隊(生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)部門),確保產(chǎn)品按時交付并符合目標客戶國法規(guī)。
3. 市場分析與策略制定 (Market Analysis & Strategy)
o 調(diào)研海外市場動態(tài)(如東南亞和亞太需求),提供銷售預(yù)測和產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化和投資建議。
o 參與國際招投標,準備標書和樣品,推廣公司品牌。
Core Responsibilities?
1. Market Development & Client Expansion?
o Develop regional strategies via international exhibitions (e.g. Oil & Gas expo), online platforms, and agent networks to acquire new clients and meet annual sales goals?.
o Lead quotation, contract negotiations, manage order execution (production coordination, logistics, documentation).
2. Client Relationship & Order Management?
o Maintain key accounts, handle complaints and after-sales service, and ensure client satisfaction?.
o Oversee accounts receivable to secure timely payments and mitigate financial risks?.
o Coordinate the internal teams (production and technical departments) to ensure that the products are delivered on time and comply with the regulations of the target customer countries.
3.? Market Analysis & Strategy?
o Conduct market research (e.g. Southeast Asia), provide sales forecasts, and support product optimization?.
o Participate in global tenders, prepare bids, and enhance brand visibility?.
學(xué)歷/專業(yè)Education/Major
學(xué)歷 (Education):本科及以上學(xué)歷,機械工程、國際貿(mào)易或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
資格證要求 Certificates
語言能力 (Language):英語流利(CET-6或等同),可作為工作語言;小語種(如日語、韓語)加分
Language: Fluent English (CET-6 equivalent); additional languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean) preferred.
工作經(jīng)驗 working experience
經(jīng)驗 (Experience):3年以上機械/冶金行業(yè)海外銷售經(jīng)驗,熟悉環(huán)形鍛件和鍛造工藝,在國內(nèi)知名鍛造廠有對海外銷售工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Experience: 3+ years in machinery/metallurgy/forging overseas sales, with knowledge of ring rolling. Candidates with overseas sales experience in well-known domestic forging factories are preferred.
