Accountabilities:
1.Assist Finance Director and managers with travel plans, itineraries and agendas, ensuring documents and logistics are prepared in advance; Prepare travel and business expenses claims report.
2.Manage Finance Director calendar, schedule appointments; Visitor reception and logistic arrangement; Set-up meetings and conference call. Meeting room booking, pre-meeting set-up, notes taking on meetings and drafting meeting minutes.
3.In charge of internal communication (within Finance department and to other departments). Generate Finance Department monthly report; Support team with administrative works and processes; Follow outsourced staff attendance; Manage external parties, ensuring the respect of company’s policy; Intern salary calculation. Track and update internal documentations/database of the department.
4.Manage and develop Finance department social activities and workshops.
5.Perform other temporary job as assigned by the Finance Director.
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
1.Proficiency in English and Mandarin
2.Good working knowledge of MS Office
3.Strong inter-personal and communication skills
