Main Responsibility: ? Planning and organize test activities/events on request, including timeline synchronization, vehicle transportation, test route development, hotel booking, agenda creation and align with stakeholders, meeting organization, documentation etc. ? Fleet management on request, including booking process, vehicle check, maintenance planning, etc. ? Vehicle preparation before test activities/events according to BMW requirement ? Execution test activities/events on request, such as shift operation, validation/evaluation according to testing handbook, keep HW/SW up to date, status monitoring and documentation, coordination with process partners and escalation if necessary, etc. ? Issue pre-analysis/handshake with process partners, ticket creation with BMW system and follow up according to BMW process. ? Reporting in presentation and/or system according to BMW requirement. ? Support team leader for management topics. ? Support in audit related work. ? Other tasks on request. ? Business travel within mainland China on request. Skill: ? Solid knowledge of validation test for chassis parts scope on total vehicle level ? Being proficient to use the INPA\EDIABAS\TurboLab is preferred ? Good verbal English
