3.0 Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
? Responsible for the planning and management of warehouse areas.
1.倉庫區(qū)域的規(guī)劃和管理；
? Responsible for warehouse, shipping and so on.
2．負(fù)責(zé)貨物倉儲，發(fā)運(yùn)等工作安排；
? To ensure and steadily improve logistics process from the supplier to the production line.
3．確保并穩(wěn)步改善從供應(yīng)商到生產(chǎn)線的物流流程；
? Warehouse delivery and storage management, ensure the timely supply of materials, give full play to turnover efficiency.
4．倉庫收發(fā)存管理，保證物料及時供應(yīng)，充分發(fā)揮周轉(zhuǎn)效率；
? Ensure receiving goods input into warehouse and SAP system timely according to procedure; Maintain goods in and out record in SAP system,
5．確保收到的貨物跟進(jìn)工作流程及時運(yùn)送到倉庫并錄入SAP系統(tǒng)，維護(hù)SAP系統(tǒng)倉庫數(shù)據(jù)及出入庫記錄；
? Serious implement FIFO principle, conduct timely cycle count and stock-taking, to ensure inventory accuracy.
6.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行物料先進(jìn)先出的規(guī)則，及時進(jìn)行循環(huán)盤點(diǎn)和庫存盤點(diǎn)，以確保庫存的準(zhǔn)確性；
? Make sure parts and finished goods stocked in good condition and take special care on aging parts（obsolete and slow moving parts etc.）
7.確保原材料和成品能在良好的條件下存放，特別關(guān)注老庫存（廢棄及呆滯的物料）；

8.庫位管理，提出改善方案，庫存空間利用率提升；
? 3PL performance and stock accuracy, monitor the operating cost and supply optimization solutions.
9.管理第三方物流績效和庫存準(zhǔn)確性，監(jiān)控運(yùn)營成品并提供優(yōu)化解決方案；
? Lead warehouse related lean improvement projects,5s management(safety+5s).

? Product packaging standard of evaluation and optimization

4.0 Required education, experience, knowledge and skills 需要的教育、經(jīng)驗、知識及技能
? Associate or above degree.

? Above 3~5 years of experience in the area of warehouse, including working experience in foreign companies in the automotive industry, knowledge of inventory control methods, material handling equipment, and safety regulations,
3~5年左右倉庫相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗，有相關(guān)汽車行業(yè)外企工作經(jīng)驗，了解庫存控制方法、物流搬運(yùn)設(shè)備和安全規(guī)定;
? Very confident in using Microsoft Windows/office, SAP and warehouse management systems
